摘 要:为了研究光合细菌球形红细菌菌悬液对镉胁迫下小麦幼苗镉积累的影响。运用三因素交叉分组随机设计,通过水培试验,研究了球形红细菌菌悬液对小麦幼苗生长过程中培养液Cd^2+浓度的影响,以及球形红细菌菌悬液与Cd^2+复合处理对小麦幼苗茎叶和根系镉积累量的影响。培养液中Cd^2+浓度随培养时间的延长而降低,在小麦幼苗生长初期降低幅度较大;茎叶和根系镉积累量既随培养液Cd^2+浓度增加而增加,也随培养时间的延长而增加,在第7-10夭镉积最量的增长幅度最大,且根系镉积累量〉茎叶镉积累量;施用球形红细菌菌悬液后培养液Cd^2+浓度以及小麦幼苗茎叶和根系中镉积累量比对照分别降低了1.9%-49.9%、12.3%-58.1%和8.3%-53.9%。该研究为光合细菌的进一步开发利用提供了理论基础。The research on the effects of photosynthetic bacteria Rhodobacter sphaeroides suspension on cadmium accumulation of wheat seedlings under cadmium stress was conducted. In the hydroponic culture experiment with 3-factor cross-grouping randomized design, the effects of R. sphaeroides suspen-sion on the concentration of Cd in culture solution during the growth period of wheat seedlings, and the effects of compotmd treatment of R. sphaeroides suspension with Cd^2+ on the Cd accumulations in the stem and leaf, root of wheat seedlings were studied. With the delay of culture time the concentration of Cd^2+ in culture solution was decreased,with greater reducing range in the initial growth stage of wheat seedlings. The Cd accumulations ha the stem,leaf and root were increased along with the increment of Cd concentration in culture solution and the delay of culture time. The increasing range of Cd accumu- lation was greatest in the 7th-10th d and the Cd accumulation in root was mere than that in the stem and leaf. After the application of R, sphaeroides solutions suspension, the CA concentration in culture solution and the CA accumulations in the stem, leaf and root were reduced by 1.9 %-49.9%, 12.3 % 58.1% and 8.3% -53.9% respectively than that of CK.The research provided the theoretical basis for further exploiture of photosynthetic bacteria.
