摘  要:为改善秦岭—淮河以北平原水资源短缺、农业发展缓慢的局面,采用多功能灌溉和灌水方法,开发利用土壤水与人工制造小气候等农业灌溉新技术,以达到适应气候资源、改革种植结构、节水增产、进一步发展农业的目的,并通过理论研究建立了田间示范区,收到了较好的效果。In order to adapt to the shortage of water resource and promote the development of Qinling-Huaihe Plain, the research on the new techmology with water-saving and yield-increasing in the agriculture irrigation area was done, such as the utilization of the climatic resource, the alternation of cropping system and plantirng structure,the improvement of multi-function irrigation engineering and irrigation method,the development of and utilization of under- ground water and micro-climate,ect,and the demonstration farmland was established based on this study,and good effects were obtained.
