摘　　要：区域经济发展规划是在区域发展战略指导下,对国民经济和社会发展所作的总体部署。它有助于保证区域经济可持续发展,有助于实现区域经济、社会、生态效益的有机统一。在制定具体的区域经济发展规划之前,必须以科学发展观为指导对所辖区域的经济基础条件进行大规模调查、分析。The region economy development plan is under the instruction of the region developmental strategy, which makes the overall deployment to the national economy and the social development. It is helpful in guaranteeing the region economy sustainable development, in realizing the region economy, so-cial,ecology benefit organic unification.Before the formulation of region economy development plan,the science development view must be taken as the in-strnetion and the economic basis condition should be investigated and analyzed on the large-scale.
