摘　　要：随着计算机网络技术以及分布式实时监控系统的不断发展,并发多任务程序设计技术在程序设计中占有的地位越来越重要,现主要研究如何利用Delphi的多线程技术实现一个简单网络聊天程序,通过使用多线程编程技术,不仅使用户能够容忍无法预测的网络阻塞发生,而且加快了信息的传递,同时也提高了实时性。Along with the development of computer network technology and the distnbutaonal real - time momtoring system, the concurrent multitasking programming technique is more and more important in the programming. This paper mainly studies how to realize a chat program with muhithread in Delphi7. Multithread can not only abide the network congestion that can＇ t be forecast but also quicken the transfer of data and heighten the real- time property.
