摘  要:介绍了等离子燃烧器在国华黄骅发电厂600 MW机组1号2 028 t/h锅炉的实际应用情况,对其应用中存在的问题进行了总结、分析,并在试验基础上提出了具体的解决办法和建议;实现了采用等离子燃烧器时锅炉的无油起停,从而节约大量燃油;电除尘装置可以在点火初期投入,减少了烟尘排放对环境的污染。The situation of applying plasma burners to boiler of 600 MW unit in Guohua Huanghua Power Plant has been presented, the problems existing in application being summarized and analysed, and concrete solving methods and recommendations being put forward on the basis of test and study. Adopting plasma burners, the oil - less start - up and shutdown of a boiler have been realized, thus saving a large amount of fuel oil, and the electrostatic precipitator can put into service at the initial stage of ignition, decreasing environmental pollution resulting from smoke emission, having very good economic and social benefits.
