摘 要:采用动态混合微曝气内电解预处理DSD酸生产废水,有效提高了废水的可生化性,m(BOD5)/m(COD)由0.12上升到0.33。微曝气内电解最佳工况条件为:炭铁质量比2:1、铁炭床与内电解反应器的体积比1:4、曝气时间360 min,废水COD和色度的去除率分别达到了74.3%和95%。动态混合的合适混合比为2:1,对COD和色度的去除率分别达到了52.4%和80%。Dynamic mixing micro-aeration internal electrolysis process was used to treat wastewater from DSD acid production,which effectively improved the biodegradebility of the wastewater,the m(BOD5)/m(COD) increased from 0.12 to 0.33.Under the optimal operation condition for micro-aeration internal electrolysis that the mass ratio of carbon to iron was 2 ∶ 1,the volume ratio of iron-carbon bed to internal electrolysis reactor was 1 ∶ 4,the aeration time was 360 min,the removal rate of COD and colority reached 74.3% and 95% respectively.When the suitable ratio of dynamic mixing was 2 ∶ 1,the removal rate of COD and colority reached 52.4% and 80% respectively.
