摘  要:研究了复合菌剂预处理秸秆和添加沼气发酵促进剂对秸秆干发酵的影响.结果表明,秸秆经菌剂预处理后的产气量比不加菌剂预处理(对照)提高29.54%;在菌剂预处理过的秸秆中加入促进剂,其产气量比对照提高35.28%,比单纯菌剂预处理提高4.43%.另外,菌剂预处理过的秸秆的TOC降解率和纤维素降解率分别比对照高136.32%和47.68%;秸秆经菌剂预处理后再添加促进剂的TOC降解率、纤维素降解率分别比对照高169.58%和49.62%,比单纯菌剂预处理高14.07%和3.36%.The effects of straw pretreatment with microbial agent and biogas fermentation accelerant on dry fermentation were studied. The results showed that- the biogas production with straws pretreated by the agent was 29. 54% higher than that without pretreatment (the control), and after adding the accelerant to the straws pretreated with the agent, the gas production was 35.28% higher than the Control and 4. 43% higher than that with only agent pretreatment. Moreover, the straws pretreated with agent showed higher TOC degradation rate and cellulose degradation rate, which were 136. 32% and 47.68% higher than those of the control, respectively. After adding the accelerant to the agent-pretreated straws, the TOC degradation rate increased by 169. 58% and the cellulose degradation rate by 49. 62% over the control, and the TOC degradation rate increased by 14. 07% and the cellulose degradation rate by 3.36% over those with only the agent pretreatment.
