摘 要:根据桥梁振动监测的实际要求与特点,设计了桥梁振动数据远程监测系统.该系统可以根据预设的周期和触发条件自动采集桥梁的振动状态参数,并通过网络在远端监控中心的主计算机系统上处理、显示测量结果,实现了振动信号的网络化实时采集和传输.现场应用情况表明,系统具有实时性强、可靠性和准确性高、可移植性好等特点.该系统对大坝、公路桥、大型建筑体等大型结构的远程健康状态监测领域有一定的参考价值.A remote vibration data monitoring system was developed according to the requirement and the characteristics of the bridge vibration monitoring. This system includes three key parts, namely, local network data acquiring module, remote transmission module and remote monitoring center module. It can collect the vibration state parameters of bridges according to presetting period and triggering condition. The host computer of the remote monitoring center can process the data and show the results of monitoring via network. Vibration data network acquiring module was realized in this system. Being installed in the steel bridge for nearly three years, the system has run well and fulfilled the expectant goals very well. The results show that the system is excellent in the many aspects, such as strong timeliness, high reliability and accuracy, transplantation and so on. The design of the whole system, the performance of software and hardware and the functions of the system have been described in detail in this paper. And the system can be referenced by other remote monitoring systems such as dams, road bridges and huge architectures etc.
