摘　　要：具有通透孔洞的阳极氧化铝模板可以方便地用于纳米线、纳米管等的制备。我们使用计算机记录了不同实验条件下制备AAO模板过程中的电流曲线,并对其各阶段进行分析,提供了一种新的简单的估计AAO模板孔洞直径大小的方法,适应了纳米材料工业化生产的趋势。The porous anodic alumina template with through - hole can be used conveniently to prepare nano - line and nano - pipe. The currenttime curves of oxidation process during preparing AAO template in different experimental conditions were recorded by computer, and each stage of the process was analyzed. A new method to estimate the pore diameter of AAO template is provided and it will fit for the development of nano - materials.
