摘  要:通过对北方水城开封市的雨水利用研究及水资源综合分析,提出全面规划、充分利用城区湖泊和河流等滞蓄雨水措施,可以有效的解决水城缺水的现状,对于确保城市和谐稳定发展具有重要作用。同时分析研究了城市雨水地表径流和管网水流模拟方法,对进行优化校核雨水管网设计,改善管网运行工况,节约成本,预防雨洪,减少灾害等具有一定的理论意义。Research the rainwater utilizing situation in the northern water city of Kaifeng, aims at supplementing the water source to ensure the urban water requirement, lessening the pollution of water resources, improving the standard of the prevention from the waterlogging inside the city. Through the comprehensive analysis to the native water resources, layout all-sided and fully utilizing of the retained water measures such as lakes and streams are presented. In this way the water shortage actuality can be solved effectively, which plays an important role in the harmonious and stable development of the city. The rain- fall-runoff and flow in sewers simulation process can be used to optimize and correct the design of storm sewerage, improve the operation of sewer system and decrease the cost of operation. It also can be used to predict the possibility of flood hazard. The deficiencies of traditional rational method are presented and the current practice and evolution of the urban rainfall-runoff modeling are described.
