艾维因肉鸡不同蛋重对孵化效果的影响

摘　　要：受精率、孵化率、健雏率是衡量种蛋品质的重要指标.为了研究艾维因肉鸡父母代种蛋最佳孵化效果的蛋重范围,本研究于2006年3月在陕西正大有限公司孵化中心进行了为期2个月的"艾维因肉鸡不同蛋重对孵化效果的影响"试验.实验结果表明,种蛋蛋重在55.1～75g范围内,受精率和孵化率高(其中以60.1-65g为最高),55g以下种蛋的受精率和孵化率较低,两者之间差异显著.因此,在实际生产中,尽量要选择55.1～75g的种蛋进行孵化,淘汰55g以下的种蛋,以保证高的受精率和孵化率.Fertilizing rate, hatchability and healthy chuckling ratio are the important quality index of hatching eggs. In order to select the best range of the hatching egg size, a hatching experiment was carried out for 2 months in Zhengda Co. Ltd. of Shaanxi in March 2005. The experiment results indicatcd that the fertilizing rate and hatchability of the hatching egg size ranged 55. 1 - 75g axe significant higher than those of the hatching egg size ranged below 55g. Therefore, try our best to choose hatching egg size within 55. 1 - 75g will be improve the fertilizing rate and hatchability in practicing breeding .
