摘  要:目的:主要研究壳聚糖硒对铅中毒小鼠的保护作用。方法:选择144只20g左右健康雌性昆明种小白鼠,随机分为6组,1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮(自配低硒基础日粮);2组为铅中毒组,饲喂染毒饲料;3组为亚硒酸钠组,以亚硒酸钠的形式在染毒饲料中添加0.25mg/kg的硒;4~6组为壳聚糖硒组,以壳聚糖硒的形式分别在染毒饲料中添加0.125、0.25、0.5mg/kg的硒。结果:添加壳聚糖硒可明显提高小鼠的脏器指数,改善小鼠的血液中血红蛋白含量,提高小鼠的抗氧化能力,降低铅在小鼠体内的蓄积。结论:添加壳聚糖硒能明显降低铅对机体的毒性。Objective: To study the protection of chitosan- se on lead toxicity in mice. Methods: 144 of 20g kunming female mice were divided into six groups randomly. First group was control group. Second group was fed with lead acetate. Third group was fed with lead acetate, and added 0.25 % mg/kg selenium in the from of sodium selenite. Fourth group and fifth group and sixth group also were fed with lead acetate, 0.125 % ,0.25 % and 0.5 mg/kg selenium was added in the group of 4,5,6 in the form of Chitosan - Se respectively. Result: the groups added Chitosan- Se improved the index of organs of the mice, advanced hemoglobin in blood of mice, and improved the antioxygenic property significantly, reduced the lead accumulation level in tissue and organs of mice. Conclusion: Chitosan- Secould improve lead poisoning significantly.
