摘  要:建立了一种土壤中砷的快速测定方法。研究了镀金膜电极替代镀汞膜电极痕量砷的微分电位溶出分析法(DPSA)。考察并优化了同位镀金膜测定砷的条件。结果表明,在HCl介质中,砷可在镀金膜电极上得到灵敏的微分电位溶出峰;利用标准加入法对环境样品中砷进行了测定。方法灵敏、简便,能用于土壤中微量砷的快速测定。A fast method has been developed for the determination of arsenic in soil. A novel substitutive differential potentiometric stripping analysis ( DPSA ) for the determination of arsenic via gold membrane electrode was proposed. The factors on the reaction and the optimum conditions of reaction are discussed. The result indicate: in medium of HCI solutions, the sensitive stripping peaks of the ions were obtained , The method has been applied to the determineation of arsenic in soil samples by standard addition method with satisfactory results. The proposed analytical method had the advantage of high sensitivity, simplicity, and can be used as a fast method to analyze trace arsenic in soil.
