中外有关俄罗斯经济转轨问题的研究

摘　　要：20世纪末期以来,俄罗斯经济转轨充满动荡和戏剧性冲突,由此引发中外学者的普遍关注。围绕"俄政府为何推动转轨进程"、"俄为何选择新自由主义的转轨政策"、"转轨进程为何呈现危机频发的发展态势"、"俄经济转轨的性质"等核心问题,本文梳理归纳了近年来国内外相关文献的观点及其分歧,为全面、正确认识俄罗斯复杂的转轨进程提供必要的借鉴和参考。Russia Economic Transition was full of turbulences and dramatic conflicts from the end of the 20 century, which induced common attention from scholars all over the world. Focusing on the key problems, such as ＂why did the Russian government push the process of transition＂, ＂why did they choose the newliberalism policy＂, ＂why were there so many risks during transition＂, ＂what is the essence of Russia Economic Transition＂, the essay analyzed kinds of different points in present research articles, which provides necessary references to realize complex transition comprehensively and correctly.
