摘　　要：上市公司是企业群体的优秀代表,陕西上市公司一直在陕西经济发展和资本市场运行中发挥着重要作用。本文试图从行为经济学的角度对陕西上市公司的经济行为进行分析,揭示其存在的问题及原因,并提出相应的发展对策,以期为相关利益者提供一定的决策参考。The listed company is the outstanding representatives of enterprise＇ s colony, the listed company of Shaanxi Province has been playing an important role in economic development and capital market of ShaanxiProvince. This paper attempts to analyze the economic behavior of the listed company of Shaanxi Province in terms of behavioral economics, announce its existing problem and reasons, put forward the corresponding development countermeasures.
