摘　　要：金融监管体制是一国金融基础设施的重要组成部分,主要包括分业监管和统一监管两大类别。我国现存的单层多头型监管体制存在着监管重复、监管空缺、资源配置低效、监管协调能力低下等问题。为实现金融监管制度目标,提高监管效率,应把握金融业综合化、集团化的发展机遇,准确判定制度变革的时机及注意事项,适时建立统一监管体制。Financial supervision system is a major component in a nation＇s financial infrastructure. It mainly consists of two categories which are institutional supervision and comprehensive supervision. Our present supervision system of the same level with different focuses exists many problems, such as repeated supervision , supervision vacancy, low efficient allocation of resource and poor supervision coordination ability. To fulfill goals of financial supervision system and improve supervision efficiency, unified supervision system should be established in a proper time.
