摘 要:利用中药材附子炮制过程产生的大量废液中的乌头类生物碱进行害虫防治研究,用酸碱滴定法(药典法)测定附子浸渍液总生物碱含量为68.32 mg/L。毒力测定结果表明,附子浸渍液对五龄期卫矛尺蠖具有较强的触杀作用和毒杀作用,触杀中浓度LC50为6.1235 mg/L,毒杀中浓度LC50为22.4905 mg/L,无拒食作用和熏蒸作用。田间药效试验表明,用附子浸渍液原液和稀释3倍的药液防治卫矛尺蠖,具有很好的防治效果,药后7 d校正虫口死亡率分别达到92.34%和88.78%。The aconite alkaloid in the waste fluid, resulted from steeping Chinese medicine aconite, was used to prevent pests. Tested with the method of Acid and Alkali Titration (Pharmacopoeia Method), the total alkaloid content of aconitic steep was 68.32mg/L. The toxicity test showed that the aconitic steep had high effects of contact toxicity and lethal toxicity against Calospilos suspecta, with a contact toxicity LCs0 of 6. 1235mg/L and lethal toxicity LCs0 of 22. 4905 mg/L,and without antifeedant activity and fumigant poison. The controlling effectiveness test in the field indicated that the aconitic steep and its 3-time dilution had good controlling efficacy against Calospilos suspecta, the pest mortality being 92.34% and 88.78 %, respectively, after 7 d of applying.
