摘　　要：介绍了深圳市广深沙角B电力有限公司2号机组汽轮机改造前的状况,阐述了汽轮机改造的必要性、改造范围及采用的新技术。介绍了实施改造的过程及改造后的运行状况。经过汽轮机末级叶片、隔板及布莱登汽封改造,有效地降低了汽轮机的热耗率,提高了机组的安全和经济性。Conditions of Shenzhen Shajiao B Power Plan＇s steam turbine No. 2 that existed before reconstruction, are described and the necessity for reconstruction, the scope concerned, new techniques made use of, the course of reconstruction and state of operation after reconstruction, are elucidated. By reconstructing the last stage＇ s blades, diaphragm and Brandon sealing, the steam turbine＇ s heat consumption has been effectively reduced, safety and effciency raised.
