摘  要:简要介绍了干熄焦(CDQ)余热锅炉的参数、特点及失效情况。分别采取现场实测和割管取样2种方法对锅炉二次过热器的变形、腐蚀、冲刷与磨损等主要失效机理进行了分析,并由此得出预防管子失效的对策。A concise description of the special features and parameters of coke dry quenching waste heat boiler is presented, together with faults that incurred. Distorsion, corrosion, erosion and abrasion mechanisms, concerning the faulty section, of the boiler's secondary superheater were studied by on-site measurements and by samples, cut from the tubes. Consequently, measures were found for preventing tube faults to occur again.
