摘　　要：通过逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR),设计特异性引物检测猪粪便中猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒ORF7基因片段。结果发现,所检测的8份猪粪便样本中有6份扩增出了目的条带,判定为阳性。In this experiment,OFR gene fragment of Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome（PRRS） virus from the feces samples was amplified and detected by RT-PCR with the specific primers. The results showed that the expectant specific band was amplified from 6 of 8 samples, which were assessed as PRRSV positive.
