摘 要:利用离子束对活性污泥进行不同剂量的辐照处理。分析测定了辐照前后活性污泥的废水处理效果、性能参数与污染负荷的变化。结果表明离子束照射剂量在40×2.6×1013N+/cm2~200×2.6×1013N+/cm2时,污泥浓度、30 min沉降后的污泥沉降比、污泥指数和活性污泥增长率均略低于对照。40×2.6×1013N+/cm2以上的辐照剂量即会导致污泥增长率下降,特别当剂量达到200×2.6×1013N+/cm2时,污泥量出现负增长(-1.2%和-2.00%)。N+离子注入的单位活性污泥氨氮、化学需氧量去除率均有提高,在辐照剂量40×2.6×1013N+/cm2~160×2.6×1013N+/cm2时,处理效果随辐照剂量增加有增强趋势。酚的单位活性污泥处理能力明显优于对照,在辐照剂量为160×2.6×1013N+/cm2时系统处理率达到99.76%。Activated sludge developed by N^+ ion beam implantation was used to treat the coke-plant wastewater. The effects of activated sludge after being domesticated and cultivated for 7 days and 12 days on coke-plant wastewater were studied. Results showed that the activated characteristics (MLSS, SV30 and SVI) and increasing rate of activated sludge were lowered compared with the control after N^+ ion beam implantation at intensity of 40 × 2.6 × 10^13 N ^+/cm^2 -200 × 2.6 × 10^13 N^+/cm^2 but the effect was not significant. With the increasing of imptantation intensity from 40 ×2.6 × 10^13 N ^+/cm^2 to 200 × 2.6 × 10^13 N^+/cm^2 , increasing rate of activated sludge was decreased from - 1.2 % to - 2.0 %. The corresponding removal efficiency of COD, NH3-N and phenolic compounds was also studied. The removal efficiency of COD and NH3-N of the activated sludge was increased after N ^+ ion beam implantation, and its effect was enhanced with the implantation intensity increasing from 40 × 2.6 × 10^13 N^+/cm^2 to 160 × 2.6 × 10^13 N^+/cm^2. The removal efficiency of phenolic compounds after the implantation of activated sludge was increased significantly compared with the control, and the efficiency was the highest at the implantation intensity of 160 × 2.6 ×10^13 N ^+/cm^2 as 99.76 %.
