摘  要:提出一种采用双级装药进行膛内二次发射以提高弹丸初速而不增大最大膛压的新技术,设计了双级装药弹的结构,为提高大口径身管武器的初速提供了一种新思路。提出了二次发射过程的物理模型,并以12.7 mm弹道枪为对象建立了膛内二次发射内弹道数学模型,分析了参数变化对膛压和初速的影响规律。计算结果表明:在身管长度增量相等的条件下,双级装药弹初速增加量是12.7 mm普通弹的2倍以上。To increase the muzzle velocity of the projectile but not the maximum pressure in bore, a new scheme of two-stage charge for the second propulsion in bore for large caliber weapons is introduced. A new structure of two-stage charge ammunition is designed. A physical model of the process of two propulsions is proposed, and a mathematical mode of interior ballistics of two propulsions is also established based on a 12.7 mm test gun, while general effects of various parameters upon maximum pressure and muzzle velocity are revealed. The calculated results show that the incremental quantity of two-stage charge ammunition is twice as much as that of the 12.7 mm common ammunition common ammunition in the same increment of the barrel length.
