安全管理信息系统学的创建、内涵与外延

摘　　要：安全管理信息系统学作为一门新兴学科在我国快速的发展,但是尚未形成成熟的学科理论与学科体系。笔者探讨安全管理信息系统学创建和发展的必要性;对学科的内涵和外延进行深入的分析;指出安全科学、管理科学和信息科学是安全管理信息系统学的三大知识支撑学科;学科体系由安全信息资源管理、安全信息技术和安全管理信息系统开发这3个知识板块组成。最后,对安全管理信息系统学教育的现状和发展提出了一些评述和建议。With the development of safety information construction, Safety Management Information System （SMIS） as a new discipline has been developed rapidly in China. But its theories are immature and the discipline system is unformed. The necessity to construct and develop SMIS is discussed in the paper. And then, the connotation and extension of SMIS are probed into deeply. It is pointed out that Safety Science, Information Science and Management Science are the three keys of its knowledge supports. The discipline system is made up of safety information resource management, safety information technology and safety management information system. Finally, the current education situation of SMIS discipline is reviewed and its development is suggested.
