摘　　要：从2004年气象部门预报的气候与实际情况有一定的差异,说明不考虑形成气候变化的外因是不行的;阐明我们以形成气候变化的外因——日食,预报我国2004年气候准确的机理;指出如在数值预报方程中加入日食造成的负的非绝热加热率,可使气候预报的准确率提高.From the incorrect of the climate forecast of china in 2004 of meteorology bureau, this paper explains that is impossible for climate forecast in spite of the external cause. Our forecast is correct for the use of the external cause, Sun eclipse.
