摘  要:阐述了光纤传感器的优点及其基本工作原理,蓝宝石单晶光纤是目前在高温环境下最适用的光波导材料之一,其测量温度最高为2 000℃,温度高于800℃时,采用单晶蓝宝石棒做高温探头具有较高的灵敏度和温度分辨力,在800℃以上时,灵敏度优于1℃,在1000℃以上时,温度分辨力优于0.1℃,将其用于光纤高温传感器并测量煤气发生炉中CO气体的温度,其测量精度为0.1℃。The goods of optical fiber transducer and its basic working principle are mainly introduced, Sapphire single crystal fiber is one of the best ray wave-guide materials which are used in high temperature circumstance. The highest temperature which it can measure is 2 000 ℃. When the temperature is higher than 800 ℃, the delicacy and the distinguishing temperature are higher to use single crystal sapphire stick as the head of explorer, which is used in high temperature. The instrument used higher than 800 ℃ has the sensitivity of 1 ℃ and the temperature resolution of 0.1 ℃ at more than 1000℃ , so it is used in the measure of the temperature of CO in coal gas boiler, its accuracy is 0.1 ℃.
