摘  要:介绍一种石油测井电缆遥测的方法,该方法采用脉冲编码调制(Pulse Code Modulation)技术,实现了地面测井系统和井下仪之间的双向数据通信,使得地面系统可随时向井下仪发送控制指令,提高了石油测井的可靠性。编解码接口采用了高性能的处理器,能够实现通信数据的校验运算,提高了测井的成功率。井下仪采用总线接口,允许组合更多的井下仪,一次下井可测量所有井下仪的数据,而且简化了测井操作。脉冲编码调制解调技术已在油田测井公司得到推广应用,取得良好的应用效果和经济效益。A transmission method based on pulse code modulation is introduced.We can realize bidirectional communication between surface system and downhole tools with this method.Meanwhile,this communication can improve reliability of well logging.Codec module is achieved by means of high performance MCU which has enough capacity to do redundance.The interface in downhole tools is bus topology which can easily integrate different tools in the same well logging project.This telemetry based on pulse code modulation has been used in Daqing Well Logging Company widely and has achieved great economic benefits.
