摘　　要：利用三相电子式多功能电能表所带RS485接口,采用研华公司的PCL-745B数据采集卡实现电能表和管理微机的连接。根据DL/T645-1997通讯规约,采用Delphi语言利用SPComm通信控件编写通信程序,讨论了串行通信编程中通信命令的发送和状态字接受的问题。In this paper, electric energy meter is connected to computer with the help of RS485 port of the electric energy meter and the PCL-745B data acquisition card from ADVANTECH. Using Delphi language and SPComm communication module, communication program is written in accordance with DL/T645-1997 communication protocol. This paper also discusses some general question of sending communication order and receiving data when designing serial communication program.
