摘　　要：在对车辆转向架疲劳寿命评估时,需要对其进行动应变测试,然而受各种测试因素影响,对所测结果还应进一步处理修正.所以,开发出应用于转向架动应变测试数据处理系统很有必要.本文介绍了以LabVIEW为开发平台的转向架动应变测试数据处理系统的主要功能,零漂处理原理及零漂处理、异常点去除、单点修正和滤波处理的实现方法与手段.本软件在实际应用中以零漂处理为主要特色,处理数据灵活,并且操作简单,易学易用.When evaluating the vehicle bogie fatigue life, dynamic strain measurement is needed, however,for being affected by various of test factors ,it is still need to handle for the measured results further. So it is necessary that developing the data processing system which applied in bogie dynamic strain testing. This paper has introduced the major function of the data processing system that applied in bogie dynamic strain testing, which uses LabVIEW platform, and also introduced the principle of removing zero drift, the method of removing zero drift, removing unusual point, correcting single point and the digital singal filtering.This software is characteristic of removing zero drift, at the same time ,it is flexible to handle data ,simple to use , friendly interface.
