摘　　要：从系统所要实现的基本功能出发,介绍总体设计方案和相应技术指标。对具体实现中的系统动态特性的函数表征、系统动态特性测试方法进行详细分析,采用变速率欠采样技术来解决数据采集过程中扫频范围较宽的问题,并对A/D动态特性进行测试。From the point of view of basic functions ,this paper briefly introduces the whole design scheme and relational technology parameters. Mainly discussed function express for the dynamic peculiarity of a system and the ways to test the peculiarity, the system adopts shift under sampling technology to reduce the sampling rate in the course of datas acquisition, at the same time, the dynamic peculiarity of A/D is also tested.
