摘　　要：介绍了一种采用IGCT的固态断路器的基本结构,并且利用AT89S51单片机对固态断路器进行智能化控制的软、硬件设计。本文提出的短路故障检测和控制电路能满足固态断路器准确性和快速性的要求。This paper introduces the basic suscture of the solid state circuit breaker（ssb） based on IGCT and introduces the hardware and software design using AT89S51S single-chip microprocessor for intellgent control of ssb.The application of fault current detection circuit and control circuit will meet the accurate and fast requirement of the ssb.
