摘　　要：本文提出了一种基于MOCCII(多端输出的第二代电流传输器)的多输入多输出的电流模式滤波器。该电路仅由2个MOCCII及4个接地RC元件构成,能实现出单输出的低通、带通、高通、带阻、全通电流模式滤波器外,还能实现三种不同类型的具有同时多输出的电流模式滤波器.提出的电路不需要各输入电流之间的匹配和无源元件的匹配,具有很低的有源和无源灵敏度;同时应用基本电流镜技术实现了AB类的高精度CMOS MOCCII,并对MOCCII及提出的滤波器电路进行了PSPICE仿真。A new current-mode filters with multiple inputs and multiple outputs based on MOCCII （second generation current conveyor with multiple-temfinal outputs ） is presented. Filter circuit of either kind consists of two MOCCIIs and four RC elements. Based on either kind of configuration,not only the low-pass, band-pass, high-pass, band-stop and a all-pass filters with single output can be realized,but also three types of multi-output current mode filters can be implemented.The passive sensitivities are very small. Furthermore,CMOS MOCCII circuit with low power has been configured using basic current mirror technique. The proposed MOCCII filter has been verified by PSPICE simulation.
