摘　　要：通用变频器功能齐全﹑设计灵活,根据不同应用场合,需进行指令参数设定。本文介绍了一种以PIC16C73单片机为控制核心的基于SPI通讯的通用变频器操作面板的设计方法。SPI接口为同步串行I/O口属于短距离通信,需经信号转换后实现远距离传输。文中介绍了转换RS-485的实现原理并详细介绍了控制面板的功能﹑硬件设计﹑软件设计以及通讯协议,最后阐述了实验调试过程。实验结果证明,所构建的操作面板实用新颖,功能齐全,可靠性高,成功地解决了生产实际中的问题。Multi-purpose converter have been designed versatilely and flexibly and need to order parameter when applied in different oeeasions.The article describe the design of the operation panels which use PIC16C73 for the converter.By virtue of SPI, the information exchanges between the operation panel and the multi-purpose converter.The SPI （ Serial Peripheral Interface） is a synchronous serial expanded interface. The SPI communication interface system communicate within the short distance.To achieve far distance communication system,signal need to chang.The RS-485 communication mode ,softwares , hardwares and experimental processes are introduced. The results demonstate that the developted operation panels are feasible and usable, and also the multi-purpose converter is proposed and used successfully in practical occasions.
