摘　　要：通过研究插件体系,提出一个基于插件的房产GIS集成方案。该方案无缝集成MIS、GIS和工作流,实现属性数据库和空间数据库之间的数据融合,提供一致的数据服务,构建可方便扩充的房地产GIS集成应用平台,为房产GIS应用集成提供一个新的思路,并以浙江省丽水市房产GIS管理系统为例介绍了其应用。This paper studied the plugin architecture,puted forward a real estate integration solution.It integrated Mis ,Gis and Workflow seamless, realized attribute database and spatial database data coalescent,provided the consistent digital data service,Constructed the real estate GIS integration which may facilitate expands to apply the platform.Provided a new idea about real estate GIS integration.
