摘　　要：介绍了一种基于GPS和GSM的短消息的危险化学品运输车辆定位监控系统,由车载终端、通信子系统、监控中心组成,并给出了系统方案和软、硬件实现方法。A kind of vehicle positioning monitoring system which based on GPS and GSM - short message. It contains vehicle terminal, communication subsystems and monitoring center. The system schema, software and hardware design and implementation were presented finally.
