体能主导类项群教练员行为特点研究

摘　　要：向辽宁队、北京队、山东队、上海队、广东队、河南队、四川队、甘肃队以及部分项目国家集训队的体能主导类项群教练员发放问卷共计800份,通过对回收的有效问卷645份进行统计分析,并结合个案观察和访谈的结果,对我国优秀运动队不同项群教练员行为(选材行为、训练行为、比赛行为、管理行为)特点逐一进行研究探讨和对比分析,为项群理论建设和发展中对不同项群教练员行为特点的归纳,进行了理论和实践上的初步探索。To Liaoning team, Beijing team, Shandong team, Shanghai team, Guangdong team, Henan team, Sichuan team,and Gansu team as well as the partial project country training center unit＇s physical ability leadership class item of group trainer, it provides questionnaire total 800. Through the statistical analysis to recycling effective questionnaire 645, it unifies the ease observation and the interview result to those outstanding Sports Teams of different item of group trainer behavior （selection behavior, training behavior, competition behavior; administrative acfiion ）. The characteristic conducts the research to discuss and in the development to the different item of group trainer behavior characteristic induction, has been carried on in the theory and the practice.
