摘  要:新型双凸极永磁电动机(DSPM)的定子和转子均为双凸极结构,电动机内有显著的边缘效应和局部饱和现象。转矩特性(包括输出转矩和转矩脉动)是电机设计和控制过程中非常重要的研究对象。从电动机永磁体的大小和气隙的厚度等方面研究,找出了永磁体尺寸和气隙厚度等因素对电机转矩脉动的影响。通过计算比较,得出了能使电动机转矩脉动较小的永磁体尺寸和气隙厚度。研究对该类电动机的设计有一定的借鉴意义。In this paper, a new doubly salient permanent-magnet (DSPM) motor is designed and analyzed. The stator and rotor poles of DSPM are all gibbous-pole structure, there are marked verge domino effect and great part saturation phenomenon. Due to the high nonlinearities of the DSPM motor, the new method FEM can used to analyse the magnetic field distribution, PM flux linkage, back EMF, inductance, torque ripple, and et al. The size of permanent-magnet and thickness of airgap are the two most immediate and obvious factors, which influence the torque. Greater torque ripple will harm the static and dynamic characteristic. Disturb the motor working in normally and high-efficiency. These two aspects are analyzed particularly by using the finite element method (FEM) in this paper. Point the relationship between torque ripple and PM width and airgap thickness. And give some constructive results and advices for motor design in this paper.
