手术室护士下肢静脉曲张产生的因素及防护对策

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护士下肢静脉曲张产生的因素及自我防护措施。方法对我院不同年龄及工龄段24名手术室护士进行调查分析。结果75%护士患有不同程度下肢静脉曲张。下肢静脉曲张的发生率与长期站立工作、工龄长短及防护措施不力有密切关系。结论必须加强自我防护,预防下肢静脉曲张,最大限度减少其发生率。Objective Investigate the causes and self-prevention method of varix of lower limb varix in operating room nurses. Method 24nurses in the operating room with various ages and length of service had been analyzed. Result 75% nurses suffer from various degrees of varicose lower limb. There is affinitive relationship between the incidence of varix of lower limb and long-term working on their feet, extended length of service, insufficiency of protective countermeasure, respectively. Conclusion sufficiently self-prevention is strongly recommended to reduce the incidences of varix.
