摘　　要：目的探讨应用高频超声替代X线检查引导长骨骨折手法复位的临床应用。方法对46例长骨骨折患者行高频B超检查,了解骨折断端同时观察骨折复位时的对位对线情况,然后进行石膏固定,并观察其疗效。结果本组复位优良率为93.48%;差为6.52%。结论高频超声引导定位下对治疗长骨骨骨折具有很好的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical application of B-type ultrasonograply leading in long bone fracture reduction in place of x-rays. Methods 46 patients suffered long bone fractures were observed and reductioned by B-type ultrasonlgraphy and then fixation by plaster casts. Results the out come showed excellent reduction rate was93.48%,6.52% poor. Conclusion B-type ultrasonic leading was found high clinical value by using in the reduction of long bone fractures.
