摘　　要：简要阐述了我国水电规划环境影响评价工作的发展过程;同时,通过总结近年来国内开展的水电规划环境影响评价工作的经验,探讨了水电规划环境影响评价的工作思路和方法,初步提出了河流水电规划环境影响评价的指标体系。This paper briefly describes the development process of environmental impacts evaluation work in Chinese hydropower planning and inquires into thinkings and methods of environment impacts evaluation work in hydropower planning through summing up experience of the work in recent years in China.Besides,an index system for environmental impacts evaluation in fiver hydropower planning has been tentatively established.
