摘　　要：磁场测量通常需要很高的精度。把内置微控制器的高速高精度16位A/D转换器AD676应用在测磁设备中,很好地满足了磁场测量的精度要求。The magnetic measuring usual need high precision. The application of high conversion rate and high precision 16 bit analog-to-digital converter AD676 with inner micro-controller in the magnetic measuring equipment. The requirements of magnetic measuring equipment are fulfilled.
