摘　　要：在比较常用串口通信实现形式的利弊基础上,针对某厂轮胎里程试验机监控系统的特点,设计并实现了串口通信动态链接库(DLL),详细介绍了多线程理论、重叠I/O方式,给出了程序流程图,对一些关键代码进行了说明,并给出了DLL的导出函数。According to the Comparisons among the regular ways in which accomplishing the serial communications,and the characters of the Tire-Mileage-Testing-Machine supervising system,serial communications dynamic link library has been designed, multithread and overlapped I/0 theory are introduced in detail. The diagrams of program process and some instruction of the key programming codes are given, and gives output functions of the DLL.
