摘　　要：在甲醛存在下,高锰酸钾在酸性溶液中可以氧化间羟胺,产生很强的化学发光,根据这一发现,采用流动注射技术,建立了利用高锰酸钾-甲醛-间羟胺化学发光体系测定间羟胺的化学发光分析法.方法的检出限为7.6×10-10g/mL,相对标准偏差为1.8%(5.0×10-8g/mL,n=11),线性范围为4.0×10-9～2.0×10-6g/mL.将本方法用于制剂和人的血清中间羟胺含量的测定,结果令人满意.A method for the determination of metaraminol with flow injection chemiluminescence was described. It is based on the chemiluminescence emitted during the oxidation of metaraminol by potassium permanganate in acidic medium in the presence of formaldehyde . This method is sensitive, simple, rapid and reproducible. The linear range of determination for metaraminol was 4.0×10^-9- 2.0×10^-6 g/mL with the relative standard deviation of 1.8 % （c= 5.0×10^-8 g/mL, n= 11）. The detection limit was 7.6×10^-10g/mL （3σ）. The recommended method has been successfully used for determination of metaraminol in pharmaceutical formulation and serum sample with satisfactory results.
