广东省汕头市社区婴儿母乳喂养的现状调查

摘　　要：目的调查汕头市社区婴儿母乳喂养的现状。方法在汕头市金平、龙湖、濠江、潮阳、潮南5个社区中,每社区抽取200名10个月至2岁婴儿母亲,共1000名进行问卷调查,她们的年龄分布为19～43岁。结果调查显示,93.25%母亲认为母乳喂养最好,4个月纯母乳喂养率为62.4%,婴儿4个月内开始添加辅食的占37.6%,并且随着月龄增加,添加辅食率及数量逐步增加。结论母乳喂养好的知晓率较高,4个月纯母乳喂养率相对较低,其中有很多因素影响着母乳喂养。Objective To investigate the status quo of breast feeding in Shantou community. Methods The investigation was carried out among five communities in Shantou city, and 200 mothers of 10 months to 2-year-old babies were selected in each community. Altogether 1000 mothers from 19-43 years old participated in answering questionnaires. Results 93.25% of mothers regarded breast-feeding as the best for infants. Rate of pure maternal breast-fed for 4 months was 62.4 %, while 37.6 % of mothers added other food within the first 4 months and gradually increased amount of adding fcx）d as the baby grew up. Conclusion Knowledge that breast-feeding is good for infant is very popular but the rate of pure maternal breast-fed for 4 months is relatively low as many factors affected breast feeding.
