摘  要:目的探讨超声探头微生物污染的流行病学特点,提出控制对策。方法对我院的8台超声诊断仪的19个体外探头,对未消毒的探头进行微生物学常规监测,采集标本228份;以75%乙醇纱块擦拭消毒为处理组,生理盐水擦拭为对照组,进行消毒效果监测,每组各48例。结果标本带菌阳性率为63.16%,菌落数为(22.63±21.79)cfu/cm^2,培养出金葡菌、铜绿假单胞菌等致病菌及医院感染常见菌、多重耐药菌等多株;影响超声探头的微生物污染的主要因素有:清洁时间、使用科别、监测季节及探头类型等;75%乙醇的消毒效果显著,消毒后的标本未见致病菌生长。结论控制超声探头微生物污染,关键是探头操作后一定要完全擦净其表面的耦合剂,建议用软纸巾擦拭次数≥4次并75%乙醇纱块擦拭消毒形成日常清洁消毒制度,同时要确保耦合剂和擦拭纸巾的质量。Objective To discuss the epidemiological characteristic of microbial contamination and propose the control strategy. Methods Microbiology routine monitoring of 19 nonsterile in vitro probes of 8 diasonographs in our hospital was performed. Total of 228 samples were divided into 2 groups,i, e. ,48 sterilized with 75 % alcohol as testing group and 48 disinfected with normal saline as referential group. Results Positive bacterium carrying ratio of specimens was 63.16 % , with concentrations of ( 22.63 ± 21.79 ) cfu/cm^2. S. aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and other universal pathogene bacteria were cultivated with some multidrug resistance bacterium like Mi^SA and MRSE. Main affecting factors of the microbial pollution on probes included cleaning time, different departments, seasonal monitoring,probe types and so on. The disinfectant efficiency of 75 % alcohol was prominent without growth of pathogene or condi.tioned pathogene. Conclusion Full wiping elimination of couplant on the surface of probe is the crucial point in controlling microbial infection of the ultrasound probe. It is proposed that cleaning more than times 4 should be needed,with 75 % alcohol and good. quality soft paper,and then a routine disinfection rule be formed.
