摘　　要：分析了图书馆电子资源特点和对图书馆的影响,针对现阶段电子资源建设中存在的问题提出了相应的对策。This paper analyzes on the features Of electronic resource and its influence on the library, and in the light of the problems existing in the electronic resource construction at present, advances some corresponding countermeasures.
