摘　　要：阐述了图书馆知识转移的含义,指出了图书馆知识转移应具备的条件,探讨了图书馆知识转移功能的实现。This paper expounds the connotation of knowledge transfer of the library, points out the conditions that knowledge transfer of the library should possess, and probes into the implementation of the knowledge transfer of the library.
