摘　　要：在概述日本农协的创建历史及发展状况的基础上,重点介绍了它的运作管理及综合服务功能,并探讨了日本农协运作模式对我国农民专业合作经济组织建立和发展的启示。Based on expounding the founding history and developing situation of Japan Agricultural Cooperatives, this paper introduces its operation model and comprehensive service function, and probes into the inspiration of the operation model of Japan Agricultural Cooperatives on the establishment and development of Chinese professional cooperative economy organization of the peasants.
