摘　　要：介绍冷拔工艺技术在液压缸上的应用,并以27SiMn热轧无缝钢管为例,从冷拔管的优良机械的性能、应用理论等方面分析了冷拔工艺技术应用的可行性,并结合生产实际过程,就选材、前处理、工装模具控制、工艺要求、最终热处理等几个方面提出一些建议,同时对应用前景进行了展望。Introduces the application of hard - drawn technique used on hydraulic powered cylinder, and with 27SiMn hot - rolled tube without seam as example, combining the eminent mechanical property of hard - drawntube, used theory etc. analyze the feasibility about hard - drawn technique used on hydraulic powered cylinder, on the other hand based on the produce the actual process and aim at choose the material, surface pretreatment, furnishment and the molding tool control, the request of tectmic, puts forward the some suggestion, at the same time to apply the foreground proceeded the outlook.
