摘　　要：基于我国航天国际合作的发展历程,应用企业战略联盟理论、组织学习理论,对影响我国航天技术国际合作的主要因素:环境的影响、我国的航天技术水平、合作伙伴的资源状况和双方的战略动机等,进行了初步分析和研究,进而提出如何进一步开展航天国际合作的相关对策与建议.Based on the development of the international collaboration of the space technology in China, it uses the theory of enterprises strategic confederation and the theory of organizational learning to study and analyze the main factors affecting the international collaboration of the space technology in China. These factors include the affect of environment, the levels of our country＇s space technology, the situation of cooperative partners＇ resource and the strategic motivations of the partners. It puts forward related measures and suggestions.
