摘　　要：分析了滚筒飞剪的剪切过程,介绍了5种研究方法的适用范围,并以某冷轧滚筒飞剪为研究对象,分别用实用计算法和滑移线法推导了压入变形阶段和剪切滑移阶段的剪切力计算公式.This paper analyzes the cutting procedure of dnun shear, introduces applicable ranges of five methods to study the cutting procedure. Taking one drum shear for cold strip as subject, this paper deduces the expressions of cutting forces of the first stage where knives press in and metal is deformed, and the sec- ond stage, where metal is cut and slides.
